Box not returned following recent warranty service

Hello,

My apologies messaging through the forum, I cant find any other way to contact you about this issue.

You recently carried out a repair on my Scorpio Xbox One, service reference 1425737510.

When I sent the console to you I sent it in its original black branded box that I received it in but when the Xbox was returned to me it came in a standard cardboard postal box, could you please send me the original black Scorpio-branded box it originally
came in please? I am a video game hardware collector and use the original console boxes as display pieces (If that makes sense) so am a bit gutted that the original box didn't come back given that this console is a special limited edition console, it's a bit
incomplete without it's original box, I hope you can help.

Xbox customer frusturated

How to pack your Xbox console for shipping states "the shipping box you use will not be returned to you."

In this case, we're afraid that if the box was not returned, it cannot be replaced.

 

Bad News For Warranty On Instruments

Theres a big sticker on the side of the box.

EDIT: Which says:

"If you encounter a problem with any Rock Band perpheral, for warranty and authorised service please do not return to store. Instead, visit http://rockbandservice.ea.com. This does not affect your statutory rights."

 

Hi, Your box has probably been destroyed. What you should have done is sent the Xbox back in a plain box, as it states on the repair website.

 

When you send in a console for repair, you are told to only send the console as anything else is not guaranteed to come back. That includes packaging.
