Bought Xbox Play Anywhere game (super Lucky's Tale), but still have to buy it in Microsoft ...

Play Anywhere Game Pass

Hi, I have de Game pass on my Xbox. I see on web site that some Game are in Play Anywhere Like Gear of wars 4 and Sea of thieves. But Some other one are play anywhere too like Zoo tycoon, super lucky tales, recore, halo wars and halo wars 2. But this games
I can't play on my PC why isn't play anywhere?

Sea of thieve and Gears of wars 4 I can play on my Pc but not all the other one. I need to buy it but I have de game on game pass so Why I can't play?

If I select the game one Microsoft Store, I just can install it on my xbox but not on PC.

Recently bought halo wars 2 on my pc with windows 10 to use the play anywhere function but now I cant download it on my personal xbox or the friend I game share with. Really confused why buying it on the Microsoft store and not the xbox store would mess
it up. Anyone have an inkling to know why?

 

Did you buy it on disc or digitally?

 

Make sure you are using the same Microsoft Account email on the Xbox as well as on the PC.

You can check your Microsoft Account email on Xbox by going to the Settings, and under "Sign-in Security and Passkey" look under "Show on Home" for the Email you used on Xbox to buy the game.

On the Windows PC check the store account by clicking on your account picture in the upper right of the Store app on the PC. Make sure the Email there matches the email on your console.

Also as Smwutches already said, this only works if you bought the game digitally. If you bought a physical copy of the game, it won't work as a Play Anywhere title.
