    Can I refund the game pass and get again the discount of 1 dollar for 3 months on ultimate game pass? I mistakenly bought pc gamepass even thought we did downloaded things on xbox

    It depends on what you bought. There's Game Pass for Console, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate.

    If you only bought Game Pass for console, then it won't work on a PC.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes both version of Game Pass plus a Gold subscription. So if you bought Game Pass Ultimate, you should have access in both places.

    You can definitely request a refund for the transaction but in regards to getting the promotional price again, there is no guarantee because there are certain promotions that can be obtained by first-time users only.

    Yes, but it would probably be best to just buy Game Pass for PC instead of Ultimate. Ultimate includes gold and game pass for console. If you're only using the PC you won't need either of those.

    Ultimate include Gold, in detail, Ultimate include:

    • Xbox Live Gold
    • Xbox Game Pass
    • PC Game Pass
    If you bought 3 month of Ultimate, now you have all prepaid Gold month + 3 month of total Xbox Game Pass Ultimate duration period.
