Bought Xbox one x didn't get a Pubg download code

Hi, 2 days ago I bought the xbox one x and Pubg, fifa 19 and halo wars 2 from the Microsoft site, it has arrived today, but I cannot see a code for the Pubg even though it states it on the side of the box, I also didn't get the 14 day xbox gold trial card
which you usually get.

I've contacted Microsoft, but they told me I need to contact the store where I bought it, when I said from themselves, he didn't really have an answer.

Any help.

No mixpot or pubg

I bought an Xbox one x during promotional period and did not get my pubg code. Nor have I received my mixpot yet.. help.

bought Xbox one x during the free pubg promotion and didn't get my code for the game was told to contact microsoft so I did they game me this link and was,told to tell u my problem and ask for a Microsoft store gift card code to buy the game

Contact Xbox Customer Support to see what information or options they would have available regarding this issue. I know that you've tried reaching out before but this is something
that would need to be resolved with a representative.

When you contact support, be forceful, but respectful at the same time. Do not get off the phone without it being resolved.
