Bought XBox One S with Offer Code.... Waiting for Points

Hey,

I bought a Xbox One S in the Microsoft Store (October 21) with my offer Code (Received via E-Mail 19.October). In the Store i was able to use the free express delivery.

Monday 24 October I received the Xbox an used it with my Account (it is now my home-console).

In the Programm-FAQ it says within 15 Days after i ordered the Console I would receive my 50k Points. I am still waiting....

Can u guys help me? I wan those Points

Still no codes for GOW 1-3 and Judgement

Bought the Limited Edition Gears of War Xbox One S with GOW 4 Ultimate editon and supposedly the 4 GOW titles as downloads on the 25th of October. Still waiting on the codes for them.

 

Help with 50k points reward

I have the Xbox one Elite and just bought the Xbox one S off the Microsoft store. The order is under my account and email/gamertag but I didn't use any special promotions code and didn't see the mission about upgrading to the One S. Will I still get the
50,000 reward points? Thanks for your help

 

Keep in mind that the credits should actually show about 15 business days after the console shipped. So there should still be a few days before they show as pending.
