Bought Xbox one S from Microsoft Store have not received 50K reward points

Hi,

I bought an Xbox One S from the Microsoft Store on Nov 25th. But I did not receive the 50,000 Microsoft rewards points. Do I need to do anything special to get them to show up in my account?

Hi MSN,

Is there a reason why I got 30k reward points instead of 50k points for upgrading to xbox one S from the Microsoft store within the promotional period?

What happened to my rewards?

I bought an xbox one s during black friday from the MS store, which was advertising 50k rewards for upgrading. Last week 30k rewards posted to my account. I complained here and was told I was not eligible for the 50k offer, with no explanation why. If
I wasn't eligible, the store shouldn't have displayed the offer to me, IMO.

Now, a week later, even the 30k rewards seem to have disappeared from my account. First I was shorted with no explanation, and now even those points have vanished without a trace.

Please 1) explain why the store showed me an offer that I was somehow not eligible for, and 2) replace the missing rewards points in my account.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the console shipped.

The Credits are currently pending in your Rewards account. You can view all Credit events from your MyStatement located on the MyRewards page. Since those Credits were placed into your account on the sixth, they should be included in your end of month deposit,
when they will be converted into currency and placed into your Microsoft Account.

I noticed that I haven't point for buying game on xbox store, no points for xbox gold.

usually never check but i bought this week the xbox one s and wanted to see if live rewards was correct.

I agree. This is gonna be the worst thing for the people who have been in the Xbox live rewards program for years or anyone that has done everything so they could get a higher level in the Reward points. Trying to get your gamerscore higher so you can get
a larger Reward when you buy a game from the Microsoft store. And doing all the missions and other things so you could get a good Reward in the VIP Vault . Now all the hours of time was a waste of time. I can tell you this every game I have bought the last
4 years has been from the Microsoft store even my new Xbox one and elite controller was bought from the Microsoft store and one of the main reasons was Because Of the Xbox live rewards program. So when they end this. When Xbox Live Rewards account is no longer
available I will never buy another game from the Microsoft store again.
