Bought Xbox Gold Membership but still have not received game code for Minecraft

Around a month ago, I purchased the Xbox Live 12 month subscription which also gave you Minecraft Favourites Edition pack (£19.99) for free. In the T&C, it said that the code should come before the 31/07/2017 but I have still not received the code for the
game. I have spoke to one of your support team who recommended posting on here to get the help I need. My reference number is [Mod Removed]
and below is a screenshot of the offer as the Minecraft deal does not appear on the invoice or my purchase history.

I bought a 12 Month Gold subscription which was supposed to come with Minecraft but I never got it

I bought an Xbox Gold 12 month subscription for a promotion that gave Minecraft Xbox One Edition Favorites Pack. I bought the membership on the Xbox store on my Xbox One S on the 25th of June, but I still have not received a code or anything. I called Xbox
support two times and the second time they told me to post on here. I would like help getting my code please.

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through a different account than the one you're posting from? We have determined that the account you posted from is currently not an Xbox Live Gold subscriber, which would not qualify for the Minecraft + Gold promotion.

If you have a different account that took part in the promotion, please be sure to post back with that account. Keep us posted!

 

Yeah, it was with my brothers account. Though, I've been through this whole process and it shows that he only bought Xbox Live and there is nothing included about Minecraft.
