Bought Xbox Gift Card from GameStop and Can't Redeem it

I bought a gift card through GameStop and received it in about 10 minutes via email. But when I attempt to use the code provided in the email, it tells me that the code has already been redeemed? How is that possible? How can i get this fixed?

Have you asked Gamestop since they are the ones who sold it to you?

Yes, they told me to contact Xbox support. They can not help me with a new code, or refund my purchase. They said the issue is on the Microsoft side.

Please refrain from creating multiple threads regarding the same issue. But are you asking about refunding the gift card or the content bought with the gift card?

If a gift card is redeemed, it can't be refunded. It would be up to the retailer you purchase it from as to if it can be refunded otherwise.

Hi. I’m having a similar problem. I purchased a gift card from GameStop online, but when I tried to redeem it, it said the card had already been redeemed, even though I had literally just purchased the card a few moments before trying to redeem it. I contacted GameStop, and they said to contact Xbox. What do I do?

Yep Tater is right, also with Swagbucks you can get Gamestop gift cards, which you can redeem for Microsoft gift cards. It works online and gamestop will send you a gift card via email just like Bing rewards does.
