Bought XBOX Game Pass Ultimate but didnt receive codes for Discord or Spotify

Hello, this is a quote from the discord website about claiming the discord nitro.

Note: Only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers receive a Nitro subscription. At this point in time, there isn't a way for PC only Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to claim the Nitro gift.

This is from the Spotify website, about claiming it.

"Your code for 6 months of Spotify Premium will be sent via email and the Xbox console message center following your purchase of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC (Beta). The code must be redeemed at the Spotify website provided in the message
or email."

Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.

All Game Pass perks are not available to everybody unfortunately.

The Spotify perk is only available in the US and UK, to my knowledge. And regarding the Discord perk, it seems a bit random who it is offered to. See support.discord.com for
more information.

Dont know if this post fits here or not but. Ive done the xbox spotify deal and havent received my spotify code. My account has never had game pass ultimate, game pass for pc, or spotify premium. So I am unsure why i have not received a spotify code
yet.

The game pass doesnt give you a spotify code it only gives a ea access and discord but not spotify
