    I recently bought an Xbox 1s with Battlefeild one, I go to the coreect place in store, redeem code, i enter the code and all it says is that please check the instructions you may have to enter this code on a different webpage. Please help want to play with
    friends but cant

    Where is my BF1 game that came with XBOX 1S console bundle???

    I don't know what happened but I can not find the BF1 game download that came with the XBOX 1S bundle that I purchased??? How do I reinstall the game that came with my bundle???

    Bought an Xbox 1S

    I bought an Xbox One S on 30 December and there was a special offer for the purchase that I would get the equivalent in points back providing the transaction took place before 31 December .

    I have been several times to both Microsoft and Xbox to try and get these points however I have since received 50,000 points onto my accounts and this has equated to only £32 which is nowhere near the £219 that was due to me .

    Can anyone advise me on how to get these points as I am I now have been advised to post this in the forum and hopefully someone will come back and give me some news on what to do.

    If no one can give me an answer then I will have no alternative but to ask for a refund on my purchase .

    the funny thing is that Microsoft store did offer this and I have been back and forth with nobody taking ownership from their! MS say it's Xbox and visaversa so am in no mans land at the moment.

    Is there anything else I can do?

    If it was an offer from Microsoftstore.com, then you would need to contact their customer support for assistance. The rewards program only offered up to 50,000 credits (£30), not the total amount of you purchase, so you did receive the correct amount from
    them. If you still have the offer email, you'll want to check who it's from.

    The code would have been included in the box that your Xbox One console came in. Did you successfully redeem that code? If not, check the packaging that your console came in to redeem that code. If you already redeemed the code, you can find the game in
    the
    Ready to install     list while signed in on the account that originally redeemed the code.

    Battlefield 1 installation is taking forever.

    So just a disk install you are doing with BF1 on?

    No redeem codes or something?

    And if you bought console with BF1, it's only codes as far as I have seen?

    I suppose it says how many Gigbytes are done so far, or?

    Or you can go to All Settings ->Network -> and bandwidth option bottom right. It will give you statistics last 12 hours, hour by hour.
