Bought Xbox 1 S Gears of War 4 Bundle, before Black Friday, Now Dec 29. No codes for 360 ...

Where are the codes for the "entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection download" which were advertised when I bought this system over 5 weeks ago? Do you really expect anyone new to Xbox to sign up for Xbox Gold and its supposedly free games if this is the
type of service you provide? How successful do you think Netflix or Redbox would be if they offered movies to view but didn't get around to delivering them for over 5 weeks?

Gears 4 promotion

I bought the gears 4 Xbox one s bundle, and redeemed gears 4 code in 7th of November but still didn't receive the gears 360 collection codes yet, is there an issue?

 

Purchaed GOW 4 but did not receive my 360 collection codes.

I bought Gears of War 4 around black Friday. There was a promotion going on where if you bought any Gears of War 4 game and redeemed the code by December 31 you also got the Gears of War Xbox 360 collection. I have called multiple times about this all to
no avail. I have still to this day not gotten any code or message for the 360 collection.
