    Bought XB1S console bundle, no 50k points received


    I bought an Xbox One console bundle corresponding with this deal: Xbox Live Rewards

    I received my console and physical games almost two weeks ago, the 50k points are nowhere to be found on my account though. The FAQ said the reward points should appear on my account within 15 days and they have not appeared within that time window.

    Reached out to a live chat support agent and was directed here.

    The Credits for that offer are currently pending in your account. You can review your Credit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Reached out to a live chat support agent and was directed to a specific forum. Then further redirected here. When I purchased my console bundle I was assured by a support agent that I was eligible
    for the points.

    I recently upgraded to XB1 per the upgrade Mission, but still haven't received my 50k reward points.

    Ah right, well I also saw the one about upgrading worth 30k reward points. I thought that was for current XB1 owners upgrading to XB1-S and the other that I mentioned worth 50k for 360 owners upgrading to a brand new XB1/XB1-S.

    Not exactly their finest hour in clarity. Still I expect some points coming my way as the offer was the only reason I chose to upgrade and buy it direct from Microsoft - even if its the lower 30k amount.

    Thanks for the heads up though.
