Bought the Xbox series S bundle but never received the game

I recently bought and received the Xbox series S bundle from the Microsoft website but never received a code or redeem option on the Xbox for the game. I only received the Xbox. I bought the bundle on the Microsoft website using the same email as the gamer tag I used when setting up the Xbox. It’s been over a week of me constantly checking my emails for a code and removing and re adding my gamer tag to the Xbox in hopes it got sent but still nothing. Any help would greatly be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble claiming digital items included in your bundle, let's see how I can help. In order to claim the content that comes with your Xbox, you won't receive any codes. You can claim these items by visiting Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox. All digital content included with the bundle can be claimed here. Select claim under each offer. You can learn more about Digital Direct and claiming in this Xbox Support article.

Did you purchased this bundle directly from the Microsoft store or you used a third party seller?
If you can, please share the link here.

In the meantime, check for content including in the console following the steps below:

"Select Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox to see an overview of and redemption status of any Digital Direct offers included with your console."

Thanks for your reply. I’m so sorry that didn’t work. To receive further assistance regarding this I recommend contacting Xbox Support. Please visit https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us and click to speak with a virtual agent. Once the virtual agent window pops up, type Talk with an agent. Then select other billing. You should receive an option to chat with an agent or get a callback. They should help you from there. I hope this problem gets fixed for you and that you have a great rest of your day.

Thanks George for taking time out to try to help me. The games that is included in the bundle I bought is Madden 23. However I never got the option to redeem when I set up the Xbox with the same gamer tag and email as I bought the bundle. I’m in a bind right now don’t know what to do

Hello Pierce thank you for taking the time to answer my question but no everytime I go to settings > account I don’t see the included in this Xbox tab. I also always check my order history and see the Xbox Series S bundle with the game (Madden 23) but I still don’t have the game unfortunately
