Bought the wrong version of the game

This might be a dumb question, I was trying to buy the Destiny 2 30th anniversary pack on Xbox pc, but I accidentally bought it on the console version, not the PC version. What am I supposed to do right now if I want to play it on Xbox pc, Can I get a refund because I don't even have an Xbox.

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us and then explain the situation.

They might be able to offer you a refund.

You should be able to get a refund through Xbox Support (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...oWww=1&redig=4D747295399C4D62A7A3FFF9B17202E9) if you brought the game in the last 14 days. You can then rebuy the game for your PC.
