Bought the Ultrimate edition of FH3 but didn't get what i paid for

As the title says, I bought the FH3 ultimate edition but i haven't been able to download or collect anything but the standard version of the game.. Although the store shows i own everything in the ultimate edition, it still wants me to pay for the 3 extra
packs, in the actual ultimate edition.

What the heck is that srsly. I paid 800kr for the UE already, where I've only been able to collect the standard version so far.

Has anyone else experienced this aswell? or knows what the heck to do, to be able to get the full content of the ultimate edition?

According to the Xbox Store, they are being sent out in waves within 30 days of purchase. Just be a little bit more patient and you should receive them soon I know its frustrating that you have not received them yet, but you will. I hope this helps to
clarify things a little bit.

 

I did not even get the standard version. The store shows that I own the game but I can't even install it.

 

Same Problem here, game is working but no dlc on my PC. how to fix that

 

Got the same problem bought the Ultimate edition, says i own the packs but they wont work ingame.

 

I was just informed that Playground is aware of this issue and they are working on it, lets hope they fix it soon tho

 

I also got scammed, I have talked to 10 different Microsoft and XB agents to try and resolve my license key I paid $100 for. This has been the biggest fail of a release I have ever witnessed. I can personally guarantee I will never purchase a game by Microsoft
or any XB console or game. Microsoft has proved to me they do not care about me as a customer or else I would have to take 14 hours of my own personal time to get this issue resolved.
