    Why can't I download jigsaw puzzle? I have bought 112 and they all say 'download', but when I press 'download' the screen freezes.

    jigsaw puzzle is not working!!!!! FIX IT!

    My jigsaw puzzle will load, including my account and money but freezes and will not let me do a thing for daily games OR the puzzles I bought. What that heck is going on? FIX IT!!

    I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

    cant play jigsaw anymore. freezes and x's itself out. anybody know of another good jigsaw app game I can get. since, Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in fixing these issues.
