you cannot download from the marketplace for 2 reasons

you must download from your purchase history

fyi the fallout 3 is goty edition on god you problaby bought the previous version

which version of the xbox one is it. may have to be sent for repair as i would not attempt to use if blowing fuses.

13a fuse, is that the main cable for the xbox or an extension lead, if the main cable for the xbox this should only have a 5a fuse.

if it is an extension lead then replace the extension lead, but damage to the xbox may have accurred due to fuse blowing multiple times.

no refunds on downloaded content or games and games cannot be transferred to another account, short version you bought it, you own it.

Not unless the download specifies. The Games on Demand versions of games are generally just the games themselves. If the game comes as a Game of the Year or other version that includes downloads, that version is usually not on GoD.

I recently had the same issue as you! I have moved from the disc based version of BP to the GoD version.

Upon running the GoD version, the DLC appeared as 'damaged' similar to yours.

I managed to fix this by deleting all content for BP (excluding that precious game save and the actual GoD download), then resetting the console cache, then downloading the 1.9 update, then the unlock DLCs (the 108k ones).

I believe the issue here is a conflict between the title update for the Disc & GoD versions. However, the game save is compatible both ways. I hope this helps.
