Bought the game pass, but unable to download games

I bought a subscription to the beta a few days ago, and it was working fine until about two days ago. First, games were perpetually stuck in queue and wouldn't download. Now the app thinks I don't have the game pass or something. I'm unable to download
any of the games offered in the game pass. However, I'm still able to play the games I've already downloaded. Does anyone know a fix to this?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If you are using the PC, then try resetting the Microsoft store app, go to search, then type wsreset press enter/return, then wait for the Microsoft Store app to start, then check if you can download your games from there.

They're a lot of traffic in the servers, you just have to wait till it settles down

Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, at this time there are known issues with this game / subscription for some reason. Many have had issues downloading. We recommend to just wait it out until the kinks are
ironed out. It should be resolved sooner than later.
