Bought the game but didn’t receiver my rewards points with Microsoft rewards

bought the game and never got the 6000 points on the Microsoft rewards offer. It even says on the page when I click destiny 2 to install the game on Xbox one and that I own it

3 month game pass code expired

On Friday i redeemed my credits/points for a 3 month game pass code. I received the email with the code shortly after. On Sunday, when i tried to enter the code on my Xbox, it told me that the code had expired. I know the old rewards system was expiring
and being changed to the new Microsoft rewards (that’s why i spent all my points on Friday) but i didn’t think redeemed rewards would expire with it. Please tell me this is just a mistake and that i didn’t get screwed out of my “reward”.

Hi I purchased the game on April 13th I activated the punch card then bought it but didn’t receive my 6000 points I have even contacted reward points support too but nothing any other solutions ?

Which Microsoft Rewards are you referring to? I live in Brazil and I am able to exchange the points received for the XBOX rewards I earn on Quests made in games, but I never received a physical reward.

Hello, i have two questions. On the xbox microsoft rewards app you could earn 2500 microsoft points for downloading Realm Royale and buying either the fonders pack or buying 1000 crowns of in game currency. i downloaded the game and bought 1000
crowns, $10 value, and only received credit for downloading the game. i would like to receive my points please. Also, i received an email about downloading the bing app and doing ten searches to received 500 points and double points on mobile searches for
a month. i downloaded the app for both me and my wifes account, [Mod Removed-Personal Information], and did not receive either reward. Please help to fix this.

You sign in with your Microsoft Account on Bing or on the Microsoft Rewards Xbox app and you will receive rewards points for doing searches and activities that can then be used to "buy" various rewards that will be sent to your email in the rewards tab
using those points.
