Bought The Crew Ultimate Edition and they are still treating like i don't own the game.

I recently bough the Ultimate Edition of The Crew (game, season pass and all expansions) but i got The Crew a few years back when they gave on Games With Gold.

I was expecting to actually buy the game, but when i bought the UE they treated like i only bought the season pass and expansions, the games is still treated like it's a Games With Gold title and i don't own it.

Any help regarding that would be appreciated, thank you.

State if Decay 2 Ultimate Edition

I'm the same situation. I definitely bought the ultimate edition, I've been paying it since the early release date, but in the store it doesn't say owned next to the ultimate edition like it does for other ultimate editions I own.

 

Gears of War 4 Code Missing

Hi

I bought Ultimate edition on release day but still don't have code. Pretty annoyed despite the issue of codes not being given out Microsoft proceeded to give o2 customer the code for free, without even having to own the ultimate edition.

If I could have this code asap it would be appreciated

Please can you go to https://account.microsoft.com and sign into your Microsoft Account. Once you have signed in, and done the security challenge, please go to Purchase History.
Then scroll down and make sure the game is listed on your Purchase History.

The Xbox Services/Marketplace communicates with your Microsoft Account. So if it is not listed on there, then it will not allow you to play the game unless you have got a Gold Subscription. This also means it was another account you have used to purchase
the game.
