    If you got an email denying the refund, then you can reply to that email explaining in detail why you want the refund. They then might change their minds and give you one.

    Well no as you bought the wrong version

    The 30 dollar upgrade is meant for buyers if the cross gen base game

    You would have to buy the base game or buy the full 100 to platy

    Vault has 2 versions thr upgrade 30 dollar version which requires the base digital game

    Vault edition the 100 dollar on sale atm which includes full base and vault upgrade

    Sounds like he bought the vault.upgeade

    Which means you need to buy the base game

    There are 2.versions vault edition which is 100 bucks

    And there is the vault.upgrade which is 30 which needs the digital base game

    I can't get out of the Minecraft Windows 10 Beta

    Let me explain. Minecraft was bought in the Microsoft Store using a different account. Then that account signed out and my account signed in. I am 100% certain that I bought the full version of Minecraft Windows 10.

    (EDIT) Also, it's the DEVELOPMENT beta, like the Xbox Insider Hub beta.
