Bought something on accident

Ok i haven't been contacted by the person who reviews my case just a email saying they sent it for review is there a way that i can be updated on when it might be handled the refund i requested a refund when i accidentally bought it and now seeing the
reviews of the game is now got me worried that not only i didn't mean to buy it but it also seems to have very heavy problems with performance so i would really like some kind of update on my refund cuz im worried something questionable might happen like them
just waiting 14 days only to then contact me and say its past the deadline or u had it to long is there a way to be updated on my refund request or a faster way ik its its only been probably two days close to three but idk i just don't wanna be screwed over
anyways the question is is there a way to be updated on the refund or whats going on

I bought 75k vc for nba 2k19 by accident was supposed to be for 2k20 I dont have 2k19 I want the 75k vc sent to my nba 2k20

Id like to know that my refund is still around though you know the request it just hasn't been answered yet so i know something didn't bug out

They go by when you sent the request it. So as long as you sent it in before the 14 days, you don't have to worry about that. Any update they have will be emailed to you. There is no way to speed up the process, especially right now as anything support
related may take longer than usual.

I wouldn't worry about it. With the Covid situation, it may take a little longer to receive a response than the normal 72 hours. So that is normal right now.
