Bought retail disc Battlefield 3 Premium Edition - I have issue Redeeming BF3 Premium Code

Hello. I have recently bought BF3 Premium Edition at my local retial store.
The game itself works fine, but I can't redeem my Premium DLCs content shipped with disc as 25-number redeem code.
I've asked for help 2 times at xbox.com english support chat and with agents "Karabeth D" and "Joey" we've tried a lot of work like clearing cache, damaged files, rebooting, redownloading profile, removing/inserting hard disk and we totally both times
made sure it was absolutely XBOX.COM SERVER SIDE issue.
I've tried to enter the code in-game, on console xbox guide and on XBOX webiste. The last option(xbox website) always gaved me the same error like this:

It also writes me correct name of the game and DLC when I enter the code:

battlefield 3 premium question

I don't think they have the premium edition of the Battlefield 3 on the marketplace, so I'm going to go with it's just premium subscription and you'd need Battlefield 3 base game to play.

Edit: Just checked it's just the subscription. If your want the Battlefield 3 Premium edition (Base game and premium subscription) you'd have to buy if from a retailer.

 

replacing damaged discs

I am having to replace my copy of Battlefield 3 premium because it has been damaged enough it gives unrecognised disc messages and at the main menue tells me to insert multiplayer/ co-op disc.

Will I have to buy another copy of bf3 premium to play the content I have bought or can i buy any copy of Bf3?
