    Bought Quantum Break on Amazon and have still not received the Alan Wake + DLCs codes


    I came here redirected from Xbox.com support personal. The person there says that you can help me to get the Alan Wake and DLCs codes.

    I bought a digital code for Quantum Break on Amazon and on their webpage it says:

    Includes an additional full-game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons (download code will be delivered via an Xbox Live message 7-10 days after downloading Quantum Break).

    I bought this on 5/21/2016 and redeemed the code without any problem on Xbox.com. Quantum Break has been downloaded successfully to the Xbox One but I have still not received the Alan Wake codes.

    I bought a download code for Quantum Break from Amazon on 05/27. When I bought the download code, it said Microsoft would send me a code for Alan Wake 7-10 days after I download quantum break. To date, I have not received any code. However, I have
    completed Quantum Break. What else do I need to receive the Alan Wake code?

    Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

    Hey, Thorz74! Did you purchase that directly from the link you've provided? The digital code is only available to users in the US, and it is stated on that page as such. What region are you located in? That will be a good starting point for us. Bought Quantum Break on Amazon and have still not received the Alan Wake + DLCs codes :)
