    Bought pubg battleground, keeps telling me to subscribe to gamepass


    Ive bought pubg battlegrounds, my credit cards been charged and i can confirm my purchase through microsoft store. (It reads launch game- you own this on the microsoft store page)

    Once I run it, Im directed to the gamepass subscription page. Ive tried resetting the OS as well as reinstalling the game. This is so frustrating.

    Wow thanks I didn't know that.

    It would have been nicer if the info was made available prior to me making the purchase... plus even the faq bot wasn't able to point it out.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? To play PUBG an Xbox Live Gold is required since it’s an online multiplayer. To validate simply follow the steps below:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    You may be getting the notification to get a subscription to play it.

    My copy of sea of thieves has disappeared. I haven't played it in a while but it says I never owned sea of thieves even though I purchased the game.

    I played it on gamepass for a couple months. Then I bought it for 30 or 40 dollars after I stopped subscribing to gamepass.
