Bought packages are disabled and request to purchase again!!!!

I have bought additional 2 or 3 packages, I have forgotten, the only one I didn't buy is the one with colorful cubes, today I tried to play and those bought are locked and when I clicked, system asked me to purchase. How can this happen!!

Banned of FM4‏

Hi, this afternoon i bought the forza motorsport 4 in a mall and i´ve been playing a few races and reconnect it to play again I receive turn10 messaje telling me that i have been banned for using a pirated game and now almost all game options I say they
are temporarily disabled. I have the game ticket purchase. What you give me solution?

Mine just came back after BSOD but the games it came with are now gone (it was bought as a package) and now it appears Microsoft want me to pay for them again?

Sorry, I don't have an answer but related to this, having purchased a collection on one PC it doesn't seem to be available on a second PC that uses the same Live ID for the store. Is this by design?

Im currently having the same issue. Ive always bought core and was able to play online, re purchased again yesterday and was playing online.... But today it won't let me keeps trying to make me purchase the ultimate package. So frustrating!!!

Sorry but please can you help me again? It seems it's impossible to get a refund for a game bought as a gift. Is there a way to make this happen?

The Xbox refund policy states;

Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date
Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time

Note As a limited exception, digital game products may be eligible for a refund within 30 days if you’re unsatisfied with the license agreement or warranty, but only if you do not make or retain any copies.

I bought "Zombies Chronicles" as a gift for 'BellaFlame1983' but there does not seem to be a way to request a refund. It would be nice to get refund on this as then I could buy the full package as a gift for her also.

If the purchase was now, it takes a while to be able to request a refund. You must disable recurring billing in settings

Depending on the situation, you may not have long bought or used the product, if it was an accidental purchase, if you have forgotten to disable recurring billing, you may not have many days after you have charged it as it is very unlikely to be. I accept
your refund request, but you can talk to support to evaluate your situation.
