Bought NBA2K21 Mamba Forever edition bundle and there are no digital bonuses showing up

I realize that this is a new launch and that this issue may resolve itself but I'm just looking for validation that I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. We originally ordered the Next Gen bundle b/c we assumed they would send us the current Gen
game now to play. So we bought the Mamba Forever current Gen bundle and once it downloaded my son said there are no digital bonuses as promised. Hoping these will show up soon? Thank you! Katherine

Hi,

As I understand it, you purchased a digital copy of the game, and not a physical one.

If the copy does not have a code, it may already be redeemed. You can check if it has been or not in your order history in the Microsoft store.

To do this: first log into your Microsoft account in the store, click 'My Microsoft Account', then scroll down until you reach 'Payment & billing'. Then click 'Order history >'.

You are not the only one experiencing this, currently 2K are experiencing purchase issues regarding NBA 2K21. 2K have acknowledged this issue and are working to fix it.
