Bought MW2 on Xbox One and it doesnt work / want my money back

Hi guys, yesterday I bought Mw2 for the xbox one and it freezes every time in the game beginning screen.

I paid 23 euros for that and want my money back for a game that is not working and no one from activision or microsoft can fix that. Who can i contact for my problem?

why does my xbox one stop working everytime you guys update the system?!?!?.....kinect still doesnt work....3 months later?!?!?........bought the original xbox.....6 xbox 360s....11 years of paying for xbox live....have around 300 xbox games from all the

Hello!

The first thing I would try is doing a hard reset on your system. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, then power it back on. Most likely this will resolve the issue with it.
