Bought movie, wheres my Apex pack

Bought 1,000 Apex Coins a day or too ago and I did receive the ones I bought from Microsoft store not directly from Apex Legends Store, However I also bought a 500 Apex Coin Pack After the 1,000 Coin pack which is yet to appear on my account even after 24 hours Like why is this happening

This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.

Hi i just wondring that the same thing happend to me but in apex i bought 2 pack of 1000 apex coins each i only recived 1 of them but is it the same thing will i get it back in 24 houres??

I Understand i can't Gift or Transfer, My Question is can i get the 600 Apex Coins that would have been given from the Pack or is that amount just Lost now where I've already Purchased the Pack before it was Gifted.
