Bought Minecraft Windows 10 Starter Collection, didn't receive 700 coins

To redeem your Minecoin and content, you must log in to Minecraft with your Microsoft Account on the game home screen and visit in the in-game Store.

Update. I contacted Minecraft support and was able to get the coins put into his account the same day. If you have the same issue, you'll need to contact Minecraft support through their forums (https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support)
and provide screenshots after they reply to you. Annoying problem but a relatively easy fix.
