Bought Minecraft. Order declined, money gone and still not back after two weeks

Yeah I pre ordered it and it’s on my bank statement that the money has gone out in JULY! Haven’t had it returned or nothing and I still h e to pay for it? And it saying the order is declined well I want my 100 pound back because ringing Microsoft is useless it just hangs up

Werter, any purchase declined to Microsoft will be refunded to the method used for payment no matter what it is, within a period of 3 to 5 business days, in this case it is Paysafecard that will reverse the unused funds that never reached Microsoft.

I haven't gotten my refund either, even though Xbox definitely took the money out of my account when I pre-ordered the game. It's been almost two weeks now and I still don't have my money back

This just happened to me 3 days ago. What they told me is that when I pre-ordered, they did not charge me. Now that the game is out, they have taken up to a week or two to complete all of the charges for everyone's account. In my case by then, the money
I had in my account had gone to other purchases, so when Microsoft billed my card, it was declined due to a lack of funds.

I now have the game, though now a different problem, lol. It never ends does it?

Yes I did cancel the order and reorder but I’m still confused on why I got my money back on the first order did it run out or did they decline my payment?
