    Bought minecraft gave an authorization payment error and didn’t give game but charges me...


    So I tried buying minecraft and it gave an error after I gave my details and clicked buy. The error said it could not authorize payment yet charged me. I tried 3 times and it charged me every time. How do I fix this or get a refund?

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the transactions from there for the game, Bob? If you can see it from there you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    If there is none, you may need to reach out to your bank so you can dispute the charges.

    I will try, I got error messages last time I tried too from Pakistan, tried changing cards didn't work. At this point maybe Minecraft doesn't want to let me play haha

    There are just rare case scenarios. If you can try a different payment method that would be great as well.

    Is there a reason i cannot buy the game? Does this happen a lot with people or is this a rare occurence
