bought Minecraft for windows master collection

I can find this in orders on parent page, he has a new computer and wants to download it but getting currently not available.. we already bought it how do we fix this

If the purchase doesn't appear on the account you are signed in, you need to check on your other available accounts until you find the one that made the purchase to be able to install the game

Did you buy "Minecraft Master Collection" or "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection"? The first is only for the console. You would need to purchase the Window 10 edition to play it on PC.

If you purchased the wrong version, you'll want to submit a refund request and then purchase the correct version.

Hi Aaron, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You need to make sure that you're signed in under the Microsoft account where the game was purchased, kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. and locate your order for the game. If you were able to see the game Minecraft for Windows simply sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then restart your laptop before signing back in. On your Microsoft Store App go to "My Library" to install the game from there.

If it's not showing from there, you may need to check all Microsoft accounts where you may have purchased the game.

Press the Windows key +R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Follow the prompts.

Restart your PC.
