Bought Mass Effect 3 Digitall for Xbox One Two Months Ago, Still not received my download

Been waiting TWO MONTHS for my purchase of Mass Effect 3 to be added to my queue, and after checking yet again today it's still not been added. I talked to support, on August 22, and chatted with support on August 23rd, and no one could help me. I have a
ticket number, and my purchased code for the game, so Please someone Help me! It's like MS stole my $20 and everyone working there refuses to help.

Just Dance 2016 Deluxe Edition - No Subscription Code

I purchased Just Dance 2016 on the Xbox one, digital download, the deluxe edition and never received my 3 month subscription code. I purchased the game two weeks ago.

Have you checked the Ready to Install section? It should have popped up there.

If not, go to the store and you should be given the option to download it without buying.

While trying these solutions, please ensure you are logged into the correct account(the one that purchased the game).

If you purchased the game from the store, you can find it in the "Ready to Install" section of the console. If you purchased a ME3 code, make sure you have redeemed it correctly on the main profile used on the console. In that case,
you can check the
purchase history to verify that the code was redeemed on the profile.

No, I haven't bought the game. I wanted to buy it as a first try in the Mass Effect world, because Mass Effect Andromeda is upcoming.

It's the first time I hear that reason. But what I did found was:
