Bought Lost Odyssey, doesn't show up in my purchase history, but the money was taken out of...

I have the same problem. Just bought a Shark card. Money was taken from account but nothing showing up in my order history. Can someone help me?

I purchased a DLC called City Skylines Season Pass 2, money has been taken from my account and it is showing up in my order history ive yet to receive the dowload for it

Both on my Xbox and the web. It's doesn't show up in my purchase history on the web, it's does however show up on my Xbox when I look at purchase history.

So what now i lost my money and I didn't get the game? I checked on my microsoft account, on the xbox app, on my xbox console. Purchase has not been evidented. I already said that. Is there any way to get my game. It is full price now. I'm scared to buy more expensive titles now.

Francia J. Isnt a microsoft employee. They are employed by a third party to help answer questions on these forums. They don't have any sort of access to your account to view transactions, order history etc.

They weren't doubting that your money was taken. They were simply asking if you have any other Microsoft accounts in case you accidentally made the purchase from a different account other than the one you intended to make the purchase from.

This is due in fact because you said it doesn't show up in your order history. If the purchase was made successfully from the account you are looking at then it would show up in order history. The fact that it doesnt is making them think the purchase may had been made from a different account.
