    Bought 'just dance unlimited' pass not seen by a family member on the xbox one


    I just bought a 'just dance unlimited' one month pass for my daughter. I had to do the purchase with my account because my daughter is not allowed because of her age.

    But now my daughter does not have access to 'just dance unlimited'. I tought that whatever you buy with the master account will also for the family members.

    Can you shed some light on this?

    Just Dance 2016 Unlimited

    I just bought a 1 month pass Unlimited for Just Dance 2016, it has counted 6 times the paiement and i still dont have access to unlimited version on the game. What to do ?

    Just Dance 2016 Gold Edition (on store.xbox.com) has no Just Dance Unlimited Included. Screenshot and case number attached.

    I was directed here by the representative. So I will post things here. I see someone also suffers from the same issue.

    I bought Just Dance 2016 yesterday. The Gold Edition.

    After it installed, I found that Just Dance Unlimited was not there. It was just not on my Xbox One. When I looked back at the page, it was not included in the bundle list.

    Please help to get the promised add-on back and please fix the bundle.

    High xbf Amber m ... This is for Xbox one ???? .. I purchased just dance unlimited for the game just dance 2019 which I already own. The problem is not whether the game or the add-on exist since I bought them from the Xbox store for Xbox one, the problem
    is the ad on just dance unlimited never downloaded, or went into my queue on my Xbox to download... What I was looking for what's a way to restart the download since it failed.
