    Bought Hogwarts Legacy Duluxe Digital Edition, but can no longer play


    Hey, so I purchased Hogwarts digital duluxe from CDKeys for the XBOX Series X|S...(I have the series X), redeemed the code and it worked perfectly for 3 days.....but then it asked if I own this game or app with error 0x803f8001.

    I've searched for solutions and tried everything I've found including restarting router, clearing cache, clearing mac address, removing and re-adding my account, hard resetting XBOX and nothing has worked, I uninstalled the game but then when I attempted to re-install it doesn't show that I own it and gives me the option to buy, yet if I go to Microsoft.com and check my purchases it shows up, I was then able to install it by clicking on one of my profiles hogwarts achievements and clicking install game but it's still asking "Do you own this game or app?".....I've never had this before so confused what else I can do.

    I contacted CD-Keys and they replied saying once redeemed it's then linked to my Microsoft account and out of their hands, which I agree with...it's showing in my Microsoft purchases as the actual game is redeemed and I've not had any email or message to state it's been removed
