i bought the gold for $14.99 last friday on sale and was supposed to get 500,000 gta online cash. phone support totally ignored me on this matter. ive already had very crappy customer service enough times, this doesnt get resolved and i will be swayed back
to sony and playstation. ive already been leaning that way and this will be the final push. here is the screenshot showing the promotion is indeed running. this was shown on my xbox home screen last week when i bought it. i want the gta cash now or i am totally
done with microsoft and xbox. gamertag is raden912

In september you guys had a promo in which if I bought 3 months of gold for 14.99 that I would also receive a code for $500,000 dollars for GTA 5. I never got the code for GTA 5

that seems pointless to be almost at the end of the 3 month period before getting the code. it told me about october 31, so i will see. if i dont get the code then this will be the last time i redo my gold sub. ive been screwed over by xbox one too many
times and ive given them too many chances to keep my buisness. i mean this isnt that big of a deal if anything it would be considered false advertisement if i dont get the code.
