Bought gears of war 4

I bought gears of war 4 Xbox one but did not get the older gears of war games.

I talked to the support and they told me to to contact you here so you could send me the codes.

I not received the licenses of games

Good morning , I bought the game gears of war 4 and did not get the licenses of gears of war games 1,2 and 3 of the Xbox 360 version ... remembering that bought the gears 4 pre order to win others .... I'm waiting

 

Did you purchase and play the game before December 31, 2016? That is when the offer expired, so if you purchased it after that, you would not be eligible.

 

Yeah I did, but the guys at GameStop promised me that I would get all of the Gears of War games if I bought (http://www.xbox.com/sv-SE/xbox-one/consoles/gears-of-war-limited-edition)
wich I did. Something doesn't feel right..

 

Unfortunately GameStop employees don't always have correct information.
