bought gears of war 4 system

I bought the gears of war 4 system, it came with 2 downloadable codes and uninstalled something that came with it and when I uninstalled it it said that I can reinstall it but i can't it don't show up anywhere for me so that I can reinstall it can you help
me fix this problem as i think its a new story line.

What game made you want to buy an Xbox?

I bought an Xbox 360 because of Gears of War. I like it more than Halo. It's one of those exclusive games that really makes you want to own a system. Halo is a first person shooter and the PS3 has a lot of that too. But when it comes to Gears of War, I think Sony does not have an answer for that.

Bought a bundled Xbox one s with Gears of War 4

Bought a Bundled Xbox one s & Gears of War 4 from Best Buy on October 21, 2016.

Loaded the Gears of War 4 October 22, 2016 - I have not gotten notice nor received the download codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection that was included in the bundled system/game.

Will they be coming via notifications or some other fashion?

If you're having issues finding contents you've previously downloaded, this may be due to server issues with Xbox Live or you're not signed in with the account that owns the license of the content.

We suggest that you visit the
Xbox Live Status page to verify if there are ongoing service alerts.

If everything is good with the Xbox Live server, kindly follow the steps provided on this

link on how to find games, apps, add-ons, or content packs that you downloaded but uninstalled.

Here are additional solutions that you may perform if the same issue occurs:

Solution 1: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 2: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console.

Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

i don't know any ways to fix this i have tried everything and my game still freezes i bought the gears of war 4 xbox and love gears of war and rn i can't play gears of war 2

At this time I am working on Gears of War 4, so this is my favorite, but I have not bought Gears of war 5 yet. Keep gaming fun and enjoyable for everyone

I have the same problem, I bought the xbox one S gears of wars 4 limited edition and I still don't have the code for the Gears of wars collection ....
