    So i bought games on the microsoft store on my pc cuz i don't have a creditcard. and it just wont show up in my history of purchased games or whatever so now i can't download these games on my xbox and yess i bought it on the same account from my pc and

    it is on the transactions page, but not for microsoft and it still hasnt showed up in my game library or even showed i have bought it

    Hello Courtney, the problem is that there is no transaction showing. It's not even saying I bought it. Should I try to buy from microsoft store?

    Can't find game.

    It's not showing up in you're purchase history, are you completely sure you bought it with the Microsoft account you're now using on your Xbox? Have you played it before, maby you really did buy the DLC back then? For everything you buy in the store you
    should also have an transaction e-mail. If you still have that you could contact support and show them the transaction e-mail.

    DLC content missing when downloading profile on "new" Xbox account.

    Thanks for that and even if it's a code that was redeemed, it will still show up but will have a status of "redeemed". All of our transactions through the Microsoft store including redeeming a code will show up on our order history.
