    Bought games no points


    so I've purchased maybe 4 or 5 things and not a single point has went into the my rewards. It worked fine the past 3 months but now there nothing at all..

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Due to an issue caused by changes in the preview program, we have delayed payback for April purchases. Once we can ensure that all of our members are being appropriately Rewarded, you will see the MyVIP payback for April
    pending on your MyRewards page. If you are asking about MyVIP payback for your purchases in May, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Will not give points for games I bought.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support. Also keep in mind it
    can take 72 hours for the points to show.
