Bought games and no credit reward added

Today i just post the same question in the forum, and now it disappeared.. i bought many games, but i got nothing in my reward points.. please help

As mentioned in your previous post (I didn't get reward credits), the alternate retail value of your free map pack was $15
USD, which we have already adjusted as a $5 and then $10 amount.

 

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. If you can post any specific offers you're looking for credits from, that will help support check too.

Horizon 3 would count towards the current Rewards Story offer, but you would need to complete all of the parts of that offer in order to receive the credits.

There are no offers any of the other games are eligible for. If you have at least 1 star level, they will be part of your VIP rebate which is calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

 

Thank you for the explanation, I thought I will receive credit reward for every games I bought.. (That is my bad)

For that offer you have to make a purchase using currency from your Microsoft account balance. Once you do, you should see credits pending after about 96 hours.
