Bought game...wont DL or appear

I just bought Prison Architect : ADAAN edition, and upon purchase, it immediately said i own it, and didnt download. It isnt in my library, or queue, and i got a purchase confirmation email. I have restarted my Xbox One three times, to no avail.

Any suggestion?

Well I plan on going mostly digital DL. If most games are 30-50g it wont leave much after say a year?

 

Download the day 1 update ahead of time

i managed to dl them but theyre 1.21kb apprx. each ... lol are they not supposed to be like 1.2gb as the OT says ?

EDIT: yeah the zip files i dl wont even open so im guessing they are supposed to be like 1.2gb. Any idea why when i dl them they were 1.21kb or so ?!

 

I must ask a question first, did it come with a download code or not?

if it did, try entering the code on xbox.com or in the store on the xbox one. let me know if that works or not before i get deeper into this.

 

also, are there more than one account on your system? if so make sure it's under yours. also, try to update the licencing on the system as well under your account. try this as well....

On your console, sign in to Xbox Live using the Gamertag that you used to purchase the content.

Go to the Settings and then select Account.

Go to Your Billing Options, and then select Licence Transfer.

Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the content licences.

even tho your not transferring anything this will update your licences. so you can access the game.

Also, try finding the game in the Xbox store, verify that is bought and try re-downloading

 

No code, bought right off the store. Also, only account on my console
