bought game placed on wrong xbox account

Only the account that made the purchase can redeem the sale or pre-sale items, unfortunately the items cannot be passed on.

I bought the digital version on the Xbox marketplace too, signed in with the dame account (on Xbox one), but it says $59 to download it.

Am I looking in the wrong place for the download?

As everyone else is saying you can't but what you could do is buy the skins on your account as buy as a gift option but that requires setting up a 2 fact authentication and having to be epic friends for
