    Bought Game pass ultimate code and when I entered won’t let me confirm even after entering...


    I have an Xbox one and I’ve bought a code for game pass ultimate but when I put the code in it then tells me how recurring payments will be turned on which is fine however when I select a billing option it doesn’t give me the option to confirm.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    I bought the game and when I enter the pass code it give a message that says " This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code. I went back to the shop and they gave me a new code and still when I connect on line and enter the code the same message comes

    I’m pretty sure it is but even when I enter different emails it still doesn’t work. I don’t know why it won’t let me continue.

    I was about to redeem a code for 3 months of gold and it would only redeem as 1 month of ultimate

    If you had Xbox Game Pass Ultimate already active before you redeem that code, when you enter a code for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass it will add as Game Pass Ultimate and not only Xbox Game Pass, is this your case?

    I'm pretty sure it does warn you when you enter the prepaid card. I entered a 3 month game pass code recently and it stated it would be convert to Ultimate if I proceeded.
