Bought game pass last month but payment failed also money got debited, didn't received...

I am unable to launch any game pass game. The abo is last payed on 10.04.18.

But in Membership settings on the console is the next payment on 10.04.18 but that was executed.

According to Paypal, the money was sent and it was debited from my bank account.

I emptied the cache and deleted and re-entered my account. Nothing helped.

The abo is already running for several months without problems on 16.04.18 everything was still running.

I bought this for my grandson last month and he still hasn't got to use the season pass if anyone gould help please do. That is a lot of money not to be able to use

I live in India and have set it as my region.
I had previously bought the game pass and used it for 4 months.
I am using the same account with the same payment details but it is failing this time.
