bought Fortnite V-bucks and didn't recieve any code or vbucks in my account.

so to be clear, even if we have the microsoft linked to our epic, we still need to have an actual xbox to get the v-bucks?

ask for refund, if you play via pc then you need to purchase from epic store or within game.

aw thats sad well rip for me the reason I bought vbucks on microsoft is that if i try buy some on fortnite or epic the type of visa card I use won't process through so I try to buy vbucks in external sources. Thanks for helping me Georges C..

You can link your account to the Epic website, but even if you do so to make the V-Bucks appear, you would need an Xbox to sign in and sign in through Xbox.

In your case it is ideal to request a refund and then buy the V-Bucks normally from Epic.
