Bought for forza horizon 2 in addition VIP network the Xbox store, and it's not working.

But any other source is telling that this does not works.

So after doing some research, the Koenigsegg One:1 is available for free for people who have

Forza Horizon 2 VIP or
Forza Motorsport 6 VIP. Simply playing/owning the prior games and having Forza Horizon 3's VIP pass does not qualify you to receive that car for free. It IS available to be purchased in-game, however.

You can see in
Jonk1969's (a Turn 10 developer) post here that he points out that it is not exclusive to FH2/FM6 VIP's and that is purchasable in-game using in-game credits.

i can't find a listing for the Windows version, but the Xbox One listing says it's going to use Play Anywhere, so one purchase should work on both systems.
