Bought Fifa23 ultimate edition but only got standard

First, validate your order for the game by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Once you confirmed that the order for the FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition is "completed" simply perform the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Owned games.

Yeah I guess my question now is since I got the ultimate edition through the pass if I bought the standard edition and logged into my account through steam with the Ultimate edition would I give me the rewards since its tied to my xbox account or would
It just be the standard?

It depends on what you bought. If you bought the standard edition, then it only has the Xbox One version. If you bought the Ultimate edition, it includes both the One version and the Series S/X version. So if you only bought the standard edition, then you would have to buy the Series S/X version if you want that version. The One version will work on a Series S/X though.

Thanks, I've just looked that up though and it's for Ultimate Edition only, I bought Standard Edition. Plus it looks like it's related to upgrading the version rather than going to the earlier version.

I just called the tech support and they said the Ultimate edition that I bought is under the standard edition that I am using now so I already have the ultimate edition. Thanks for the reply.
